Website Redesign
CLIENT: Corporate Travel
PROJECT: Corporate website and five divisional sites all seamless integrated into one user experience.
DOMAINS: ctscentral.net, educationaltoursbycts.com,
pilgrimagesbycts.com, classicperformancesbycts.com,
exceptionaljourneys.net, themedcruisesbycts.com
Three goals drove this website redesign: create a seamless flow between the division sites and the main corporate site, update the look and feel, and visually showcase the tours through video and photography.
The biggest challenge with this project was combining the divisional sites under the main corporate site from a user standpoint, while maintaining 6 distinct sites from a search engine's perspective. Keeping separate divisional sites allows each division site to bulid a strong digital presence through SEO. The reason this was challenging is because we wanted to ensure a seamless navigational structure and flow between the websites so that their website visitors felt like they were only on one website. Having the separate division sites, each with their own look and feel was confusing visitors and made the divisions feel smaller, rather than part of a bigger entity.

BEFORE:
Main website and 5 division websites all operated independently, causing confusing for visitors trying to navigate between the websites and book tours.
AFTER:
Corporate travel's main website is now a gateway for the divisional websites. While the division sites reside on their own domains for SEO, visitors experience a seamless transition between the main website and the division sites.

Website Development
CLIENT: Saint John's Resort
PROJECT: saintjohnsresort.com
Web-based marketing and branding in the hospitality sector is constantly evolving, and, as such, it is important that our clients continue to evolve and grow with it. This new website brings an all new approach to showcasing the entirety of The Inn at St. John’s resort–highlighting the historic architecture and indescribable qualities that make each guest’s stay at this boutique hotel a profound and unique experience.
Two goals were front and center with this website project: increase revenue generating leads and showcase the property. Underlying our creative process on this website is the philosophy that the guest’s experience at the resort begins the moment they start planning. We simplified the entire reservation process for accommodations, weddings, catering events, private dining, restaurant, and golf–making it seamless and efficient.
When designing a website for a boutique hotel property, familiarity and ease of use of the website navigation and interface are essential, but doing so while preserving and highlighting the property’s individualistic identity and knowing where to fit in and when to stand out is an art form. This is Inspired Pineapple’s forte.

Video Production
CLIENT: The Inn at St. John's
When someone first hears the name, The Inn at St. John's, they often picture a quaint boutique. Nothing could be further from reality.
Detroit Metro's only destination resort sits on a vast, sprawling 297 acre lush landscape with a championship 27-hole golf course, four ballrooms that host over 250+ luxury weddings each year, and 42,000 square feet of ballroom and meeting space. With this in mind, it will come to no surprise when we explain the purpose of this video production is to showcase all that the resort offers its guests.
To make it happen, we brought in world class videographers to capture all the angles and then in post production, we constructed a story of the property that showcases it all then broke it down further into bite sized segments for use on their website and social media.
We love the end result and know you will too.
Rebranding:
Website, Photography, SEO, Print, Email & Social Media
CLIENT: Drummond Island Resort
Taking a little known Northern Michigan island resort and putting it on the map required first and foremost revamping their website and getting great photos that reflect the property, followed by building their social media image and overhauling their print, digital, and email ads. The final touch - campaign taglines:
-
"discover pristine coastlines"
-
"your up north playground"
-
"Michigan's best four season resort"
Measurable Results: This property experienced a complete turn around—from losing $1 million per year to realizing at first a modest profit in the first year after the rebranding to where they are today, a prime four-season destination resort for weddings and corporate travel as well as vacationing tourists.
Drummond Island Resort is now on the map.
